Many great features, merely unreliable app
I really like all the features available in the app.
However, 2 big issues:
ane.) App crashes oft. The app all of the sudden disappears while using it and requires a restart of the app. Mostly it crashes correct afterward I impact the screen to select anything in the app.
2.) The Bluetooth connection requires the app to be open up earlier information technology can transmit whatsoever information to the app. Sometimes even when the app is open, it volition non transmit. I have had to remove the meter from IOS Bluetooth, remove the paired device from the app, and then re-pair the meter to both IOS and to the ACCU-CHEK App.And I have 1 asking for future updates- it would be so cracking if this app was able to ship my information directly to a message in the Epic MyChart software at the Doctors function. I know this would probably crave some work with the Epic people as well as my provider's (Providence) developers.
I have a monthly phone call with the Providence Clinical Pharmacist to review my diabetic meds and my glucose readings. This requires me to send my numbers and data over to the Chemist before our phone call. Since I can only adhere a picture to MyChart messages, I need to have screenshots of the Trend Table View in the ACCU-CHEK app.Cheers

For many years of glucose testing I did not know of this application, and I was using Aviva and later Aviva Plus meters. In the abrupt change to the Guide Me arrangement, I was referred to MySugr. As if the name were not cute plenty, MySugr'south graphics were clearly not aimed for my historic period subclass—I constitute the unabridged application repellent. I went back to Apple's App Store: and I feel that Connect is exactly what I was hoping to find.

Generally unreliable but useful when information technology works
As my championship says this app is useful when it is working. The glucose readings are tracked and synced with my iPhone XS Max. Still, the app crashes and closes often. But the biggest problem I take is syncing the meter with the app. I frequently need to delete the app, reinstall it and re-sync the meter with the app considering the meter stops syncing with the app. I have become use to this failure so it'south just normal to me. I WOULD Not recommend this product to anyone looking to sync their meter with this app. If y'all are merely looking to rails your glucose level and go on it stored in your meter then this product is very expert. Simply it'south but the opposite if you desire to sync it with an app to become more reports and charts at your fingertips.
